4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable: Shipping charges from your original order will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
